For the automatic packaging of products in trays with modified atmosphere, with film and cap.

The KSM RTS 900 compact model consists of the below sub-systems:
-Four stations rotating table with four double cup slots.
-Film unrolling system controlled by photocell and used film rolling system.
-Film printing device.
-Automatic tray feeding mechanism.
-Atmosphere modification device.
-Film sealing device.
-Automatic cap feeding and placing device.

And it works as follows:
The rotating disk stops to four stations.
-In the first station the trays are automatically placed into the slots of the rotating disk.
-In the second station the trays are filled with product from the weigher.
-In the third station atmosphere in the trays is modified and the film is sealed.
-In the fourth station the caps are automatically fed and placed on the trays.The ready trays come out from the rotating disk.
